    • De-Greasing
    • Water rinse
    • Activation
    • Zinc Phosphate
    • Water rinse
    • De-gassing at 200 degrees celcius

  • The top coat that is applied to the Hot Dip Galvanized zinc phosphate treated surface is a polyester powder coasted finish which is baked in an oven at over 180 degrees celcius for 20 minutes and then air cooled.
